The goal of the Assignment is to perform a detailed assessment of the current financial, economic, operational and organizational performance of Voda Donbassa in order to provide the utility with a strategic direction and guidance to become a technically and financially stable and sustainable organization.
The objectives of the technical and operational audit are:

• Present the legal framework under which Voda Donbassa operates
• Audit the regulatory reporting forms completed by Voda Donbassa
• Operational assessment of Voda Donbassa
• Establish suitable indicators to assess the capacity and performance of the Company
• Benchmark the performance of the Company
• Understand present the operational and strategic challenges faced by Voda Donbassa
• Propose Strategic actions and direction
