TEPLYDIM was a comprehensive web-based information platform on residential energy efficiency. TEPLYDIM was established in 2012 and maintained with the support of the EBRD Shareholder Special Fund. Since October 2013 the Austrian Technical Assistance Cooperation Fund has taken over support for TEPLY DIM web-based information platform on residential energy efficiency.

MDI designed, launched, promoted and maintained the website.

TEPLYDIM provided:

• advice on energy saving initiatives
• advice on relevant recommended technologies, and equipment and materials
• advice on financing options and initiatives
• up-to-date information on policy and regulatory development
• information on successful practices
• Energy Savings Calculator that helps calculate potential savings from implementation of energy efficiency measures in a single apartment or in a multi-apartment residential building.
• Library of case studies and best practices of energy efficiency improvements in Ukraine and international implementation programs.

TEPLYDIM was designed to become a valuable source of information and knowledge for:

• Homeowners associations and initiative groups of building residents
• Individual homeowners
• National and local government
• Municipal utility companies
• Housing management companies, ESCO, developers, equipment and materials manufacturers and vendors
