Role of MDI: sub-contractor to Sweco

Beneficiaries: Dobroslav Town Council and CE “Dobroslav”

The overall objective of the Project is to contribute to the improvement of the living conditions of the inhabitants in the community of Dobroslav by securing safe and continuous treatment of the wastewater.

MDI will contribute to the following activities:

• Preparation of the Inception Report
• Socio-economic and financial data collection for the early design stages
• Preparation of the Intermediate Report and evaluation of options
• Preparation of Financial Analysis and Affordability Analysis for the selected option
• Preparation of Draft and Final Feasibility Study Reports
• Institutional and organizational assistance to the Project Implementation Unit
• Participation in the monthly progress meetings and workshops

During Feasibility Study preparation, special attention will be paid to energy efficiency and strict emissions requirements.

The result will be an improved, expanded and more resilient water infrastructure and municipal service for residents, including internally displaced persons.
