Beneficiary: Bila Tserkva City Council and JSC “Bilotserkivvoda”

The overall objective of the Project is to contribute to improving the living conditions of the residents of Bila Tserkva City Territorial Community by ensuring the reliability of the sewage system and the adequate level of wastewater treatment.

MDI primarily will focus on institutional, financial and socio-economic issues within FS preparation.

Expected results of the project:

• the quality of wastewater treatment brought in line with the requirements, norms, standards and relevant Directives of the European Union;
• the consumption of electricity and other energy resources reduced;
• the amount of reagents reduced;
• negative impact of human activity on the environment reduced;
• operating costs for the maintenance of the company's facilities reduced;
• land plot of wastewater treatment plant redeveloped. This reduced the occupied area and, in turn, allowed for more efficient use of the land plot;
• working conditions improved and number of service personnel reduced;
• monitoring of all wastewater treatment parameters in real time enabled. Ensured ability to quickly respond to all changes in the quality of wastewater entering the wastewater treatment plant;
• the reliability of the wastewater treatment plant improved.
